Branch Manager- Life insurance - 8-10 lacs, Allahabad, Bareilly , Meerut.

   Designation: Branch Manager – Meerut, Allahabad, bareilly
  Position Summary
·         Responsible for branch operations, support in building capacity, ensuring the training requirements for all SMs and agents are being met. The incumbent should take in driving key initiatives and growth of branch.
  Key Accountabilities
·         • Responsible for branch operation. • Overall responsible for ensuring all sales targets of the branch. o To allocate the branch target quarter/month wise. o To periodically review the progress (SM-quarterly) and suggest corrective measures, if any. • Building Capacity: o To support the recruitment of Sales Managers and Agents. o Overall responsible for capacity building of branch level o To emphasize on talent retention and managing attrition. o To maintain the high morale, satisfaction and engagement levels of the teams, by providing and fostering right environment. • Training & development: o To ensure that training requirements for all Sales Managers and Agents are met with.- including re-training. o To identify and develop the potential individuals towards greater heights like National Contests and MDRT etc. • Internal and external interfaces: o Provide feedback and suggestions on initiatives/ changes required in branch operations. o To maintain regular internal interface with Customer Service for policy issuance; HR for Employee issues, engagement and growth; Legal with legal ad compliance issues; Training for training of SMs and advisors and Sales Support for Sales MIS and contests etc.
   Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
·         • UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization; PG - MBA - Preferred • Experience of handling branch operations or a big branch operation. • Candidate should have 5 years’ experience. Should be currently in Insurance / Financial Services Industry.
   Personal Attributes & Competencies
·         • Strong leadership qualities and ability to coach and mentor others • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Aggressive with drive and high energy levels with demonstrated ability to mentor/ lead a team of Sales Mangers.
